Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist based in Querceta (LU). Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Sales Support Specialist provides customer assistance and operational support for the assigned geographical area, ensuring a high standard of service and smooth coordination across departments.

The role includes providing preliminary information and consultancy to prospective clients who contact the head office directly, managing order processes for standard catalogue products, including order entry, order confirmation issuance, and preliminary verification of customer payments.

For bespoke products, the Sales Support Specialist acts as the main front-office contact, maintaining direct relationships with clients throughout the entire operational process and ensuring clear communication at every stage.

Additional responsibilities include providing updates to both the sales network and clients regarding order progress, supporting the Administration team in defining customer payment reminders, collaborating on product shipments, and identifying upselling opportunities for loyal customers by promoting special conditions and tailored offers.

The role also involves handling customer complaints and feedback by registering cases within the company CRM and reporting them to the department manager, supporting or replacing Front Desk staff when needed, participating in customer satisfaction monitoring processes, and contributing to the preparation of monthly activity reports for the department.

This role is a maternity cover position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and internationally recognized luxury design company.


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Economics, Business, or Technical disciplines
* At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or Sales Support roles
* Previous experience with NetSuite software is considered a strong advantage
* Good command of English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of German and French is considered a plus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and confident approach
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stress
* Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Proven negotiation skills and the ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
