In order to create a new pilot project, IQVIA is looking for a Congress & Events Administrative Assistant located in
Milan, Italy
.
This function will be responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative support to the Italian affiliate, handling a diverse set of matters ranging from contracts management to general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities :
Handling general purchasing;
Support to the congresses and events management (for contracts and logistic organization);
Administrative support: management of Purchase 2 Pay Process;
Handling of mail and shipping of material;
Support for travel arrangements and relations with the corporate travel agency.
Qualifications :
High School Degree;
Fluency in Italian and English;
Microsoft Office Skills essential;
Preferable similar experience in same sector at least of 2 / 3 years;
Preferable general knowledge of the pharma industry and the Farmindustria code;
Precision and proactivity;
Work Area : Milan;
