Job Description: You will be working on behalf of the Lifecycle Services business unit, which also offers technical support, training, and manufacturing consultancy through other delivery mechanisms, to help provide complete solutions to their customer's needs. Within the role you will be embedded on a customer site inCuneoand play a key role in helping the customer reduce the cost of maintenance on site whilst increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). You will be reporting to a Delivery Manager. Your Responsibilities: - On site professional management of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) Cuneo, Italy. - Develop clear working Standard Operating Procedures detailing process flow and operational requirements for day-to-day activities to support the maintenance and repair operations. - Provide a single point of contact for maintenance repairs and asset tracking. - Manage on site project work, coordinating with Engineering teams and external/internal suppliers. - Reduce MRO stock duplication and obsolescence. - Provide migration, rationalization, and standardization strategies to drive down MRO inventory asset value. - Support productivity improvements through timely delivery of parts and solutions to the maintenance/engineering teams, whilst providing an overall lower total cost of ownership. - Provide monthly financial reports. - Source and arrange consignment of new purchases. - Work with client departments including plant management, maintenance, engineering, purchasing and distributors to identify and formulate efficiency plans for maintenance. - Increase "Out of the box" reliability of spare repairable assets, through the use of extensive internal and external vendor capability.
