You must have
* Currently studying or recently graduated a Bachelor's/Master's in Economics, Business, Computer Science, etc. (or similar)
* Scalability and automation hardwired in your DNA
* Ability to execute independently — no guidance needed
* Analytical brain, founder mindset, zero excuses
* Availability to work in-person at our Milan office
What you'll do
* Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects
* Build and optimise internal processes and automations across Operations, Growth, and Strategy
* Deep-dive into data to identify bottlenecks and solve them independently
* xrdztoy Own tasks end-to-end: from idea → execution → metrics → iteration
