Solutions Architects will also ensure identity and accessmanagement patterns, architectural modeling standards, and best practices are applied consistentlyacross projects, enabling our clientto deliver secure, interoperable, and future-ready systems.br/ /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvide architectural leadership for innovative digital products developed in national defense institutions, ensuring solutions support mission requirements. /li liOversee the design and integration of modern software and hardware architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and long-term sustainability. /li liProvide architectural mentorship to development teams, ensuring consistent application of design principles and practices across projects. /li liCollaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify optimal technology approaches that enable Agile and DevSecOps practices. /li liDevelop and maintain architectural documentation, including risk assessments, trade-off analyses, and implementation strategies. /li liEvaluate emerging technologies and guide their adoption where appropriate to improve agility, resilience, and mission relevance. /li liBalance technical debt, immediate mission requirements, and long-term sustainability in architectural decision-making. /li liAdvise on identity and access management (IAM) design patterns to support secure and federated user access across systems. /li liPromote adoption of architectural modeling standards (UML, ArchiMate, BPMN) and tools (Enterprise Architect, Archi, ARIS, XMLSpy, etc.). /li liCommunicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to enable informed decision-making. /li /ul h3We are happy to hear from you if you have: /h3 ul liMinimum 4 years of experience in software and/or hardware architecture, including design patterns and paradigm shifts. /li liExperience leading cross-functional teams and providing mentorship in applying architectural principles. /li liExperience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into operational systems. /li liExperience in modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution patterns. /li liExperience working in Agile DevSecOps teams with CI/CD practices and relevant certifications. /li liExperience developing documentation on technology solutions, including risk assessment, trade-offs, and implementation strategies. /li liFamiliarity with architectural modeling standards (UML, ArchiMate, BPMN) and tools (Enterprise Architect, Archi, ARIS, XMLSpy, etc.). /li liProven ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). /li libWillingness to work in EST time zone /b /li /ul pIf you've read the description and feel this role is a great match, we'd love to hear from you!
