Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring timely and effective support to production /li liEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all maintenance operations /li liPlan, schedule, and assign maintenance work based on priority, skills, and operational needs /li liIdentify and resolve maintenance issues impacting productivity, equipment performance, safety, or product quality /li liDevelop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans, procedures, and checklists /li liManage maintenance‑related emergencies and provide technical direction during equipment breakdowns /li liCollaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure asset reliability and cost efficiency /li liMonitor maintenance budgets, evaluate repair cost estimates, and control maintenance spending /li liManage spare parts inventory and supplier relationships to ensure availability and cost control /li liTrack maintenance activities, equipment performance, and KPIs to support data‑driven improvement initiatives /li /ul pTravel: Up to 10%, if required. /p h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field), or a technical diploma combined with relevant maintenance experience in an industrial environment /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment /li liProven experience leading or coordinating technical maintenance teams /li liExperience using CMMS or similar digital maintenance management tools /li liUnderstanding of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liWorking knowledge of industrial automation systems, preferably Siemens PLC platforms /li liProficient level of English, both written and spoken /li liExperience developing maintenance KPIs and performance dashboards /liliFamiliarity with continuous improvement initiatives in industrial environments /li liProblem‑solving mindset with a proactive and hands‑on approach /li /ul pOur policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
