Crubby is a platform of tools, AI-agentic and not only, built for restaurants, bars, chains, dark kitchens and food brands that want to work better, update their content faster and offer more modern digital experiences.
Digital menus, kiosks, AI agents, loyalty, payments, operations: our goal is to build one suite that removes friction from the daily chaos of food service.
Less static files.
Less operational mess.
More control, more speed, and even more brand.
The role
For some products in the suite, especially Crubby Sync and Crubby Kiosk, we need a creative initial setup.
Crubby Sync is our tool for creating and managing digital menus on in-store screens: TV menus, menu boards, displays and live content that the client can update independently from the Crubby platform.
Crubby Kiosk is our tool for creating branded self-service interfaces: experiences for kiosks, tablets or web apps where customers can explore the menu, choose products and interact with smart features from the restaurant.
The client will then be able to edit prices, products, promos and content directly from Crubby, even by talking to an AI agent.
But first, someone needs to turn their brand into a beautiful, clear, functional digital experience that is ready to use.
That’s why we are building a selected network of Crubby “Cooks”: creative builders who can take on individual projects for Crubby clients.
What you’ll do
You will work on the initial design and setup phase for Italian clients.
Starting from logos, menus, photos, colors, references and brand identity, you will create digital menus, kiosk interfaces, small web apps or digital layouts that feel consistent with the client’s brand.
During the project, you may interact directly with the client to collect materials, understand the style and align the final result.
Once the setup is delivered, everything after that stays with Crubby: platform, support, service and the ongoing relationship with the client.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for people with visual taste, practical thinking and the ability to build fast.
You don’t need to be a traditional senior developer. You need to combine branding, UX, layout, food visuals and modern tools to create something beautiful, clear and ready to use.
It’s a plus if you know tools such as AI-assisted development, no-code, low-code, HTML/CSS, React, Webflow, Framer, Figma, Canva or similar.
In simple terms: if you know how to vibe code, have taste, understand brands and enjoy building real things for real clients, you might be the kind of “Cook” we are looking for.
Collaboration model
This is a project-based collaboration.
Crubby brings the clients, the platform and the service after delivery.
You enter during the initial creative phase, build the setup and help the client get a beautiful, branded and functional digital product.
This role is designed for freelancers, creative developers, practical designers and vibe coders who want to work on real projects in the food world.
