Responsibilities / Tasks
For our location in Parma (Italy), we are looking for an experienced and motivated SAP S/4HANA Service Module Consultant. The new joiner will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of service management processes using the SAP S/4HANA Service module.
In this role, you will:
1. Analyze business requirements and design service processes in SAP S/4HANA.
2. Configure and support service-related functionalities such as service orders, confirmations, service contracts, and installed base management.
3. Integrate service processes with C4C, FSM, SD, MM, and finance modules.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service execution.
5. Support testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities.
6. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
This is an on-site position, with the option to work remotely on selected days, following GEA’s smart working policy. Occasional travel may be required.
Your Profile / Qualifications
What sets you up for success:
7. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, a related field or bring relevant professional experience
8. Good experience with SAP Service processes, ideally in S/4HANA.
9. Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and related business processes.
10. Experience with integration into logistics and finance modules.
11. Experience with S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Fiori apps are a plus.
12. Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP C4C and SAP FSM is a plus.
13. Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and solve problems independently.
14. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
15. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
16. A good understanding of the integration with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) and SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is highly desirable.
