Check daily operations in all outletsEnsure standard serviceMeet daily according to the HoD agendaEnsure calendar of daily checks and programsEnsure policies & procedures for operational actionsEnsure the monthly outlet inventory (Capex – Opex)Ensure events calendar (Fashion, Furniture, Christmas, Easter)Ensure action plansPlan and lead weekly meetings
Administrative & Purchasing
Ensure all outlet procedures in purchasing program requisitionsImprove administrative standards in payments (all outlets)Ensure Micros team program and QR code menuEnsure Food & Beverage menu engineeringEnsure waste F&B programImprove IT program roles for all HoDsEnsure action plans
Financial & IT
Ensure check & analysis of daily revenueEnsure weekly & monthly analysisEnsure sharing of the monthly budget resultsEnsure and improve IT programs & policiesEnsure roles for all departments (HR – DoF – GM – IT)Ensure P&L programEnsure action plansEnsure cost savingsEnsure F&B cost controlAssist F&B Directors in budget and reforecast
