As a Senior Backend Engineer in the Core Team, you will shape the backbone of Satispay’s payment platform. You’ll design scalable, reliable engines for transactions, payments orchestration, and external bank integrations, while securing IAM infrastructure and real-time risk & fraud services. You collaborate with product and leadership to translate goals into concrete technical plans and guide others to high-quality delivery. Your work enables millions of users to transact safely at speed, with a focus on performance and security. This role offers a chance to influence core infrastructure and drive innovation in fintech.

Responsabilità
* At least 7 years of backend software engineering experience
* Proven track record architecting and maintaining microservices in high-paced environments
* Deep Java expertise and strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
* Experience with high-throughput, highly available systems
* Strong communication skills for cross-functional alignment
* Thought leadership with ability to identify emerging tech trends
* English fluency
