Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Employer to implement prevention and protection measures; assess risks and draft risk assessment documents with the RSPP.
* Organize training courses on health and safety at work; monitor application of regulations.
* Carry out inspections in the workplace, identify risk situations and propose corrective actions.
* Monitor the use of PPE and correct application of safety measures by staff.
* Manage safety and accident documentation; participate in internal HSE inspections and audits.
* Provide support in the management of emergencies, accidents and near‑misses; analyze causes and implement corrective measures.
Requirements
* Degree in Law, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related disciplines.
* ASPP certification (pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08).
* At least 2 years of previous experience in the role.
* Excellent knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
* Proactivity and strong problem‑solving skills.
