University degree (preferably in computer sciences) or equivalent education.At least five years of experience in the information systems field, of which at least three years were in an IT/IS technical field dealing with ITSM installation, configuration, and support.Broad technical background in the area of IT.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in technical and non-technical areas with technicians and non-technical managers particularly in trying circumstances.Proven ability to analyze and document IT concepts and architectures.Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Good experience implementing and maintaining ITIL-aligned processes within an ITSM tool.Good experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Javascript) for automation and integrations.Knowledge of relational databases (SQL/Oracle/MongoDB), operating systems (Windows/Linux) and web services (Rest/Soap APIs).Technical certifications in IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL Foundation/Intermediate/Practitioner) is desirable.Proven ability to translate a strategy into actionable and measurable items.Good knowledge of IT security concepts and their implementation.NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.

Post Details
Basic monthly salary: EUR 5 376.14, tax free – before insurance and pension contributions.This position is required for a limited time and the incumbent of this post will be offered a definite duration contract.
