Our mission is to transform bold scientific ideas into advances that improve human health. /p h3Overview /h3 pWithin this mission, the Structural Proteomics Unit studies protein structure and interactions using advanced mass spectrometry–based proteomics, with a strong focus on crosslinking MS and high-throughput workflows, including single-cell proteomics. It operates state-of-the-art instrumentation and advanced data analysis pipelines within the multidisciplinary ecosystem of Human Technopole. The Proteomics Specialist will report to the Unit Manager and collaborate closely with National Facilities and research groups. /p h3Your mission /h3 ul liDevelop and optimize advanced proteomics workflows. Establish robust protocols for single-cell, spatial/visual, plasma and clinical proteomics, including bottom-up sample preparation pipelines and peptide enrichment strategies. /li liOperate and maintain mass spectrometry platforms. Perform instrument calibration, cleaning, basic maintenance, and support automation of peptide extraction, digestion, and cleanup for diverse sample types. /li liManage large-scale proteomics studies. Oversee processing and data acquisition for high-throughput projects involving hundreds to thousands of samples, ensuring quality and reproducibility. /li liAnalyze data and support facility users. Deliver and explain results to users, contribute to experimental design and project planning, provide technical support during projects, and train internal and external researchers. /li liContribute to the growth of the Unit.
