As our HRBP you will play an important role as a trusted advisor to the business and guardian of our great company culture. It is a "hands-on" role, where you will be the point of contact for the HR core duties, and tax and labor law-related issues. /liliYou will be a partner specifically for the Sales Department and work with the Direct Sales, Operations, and Sales Operations departments. /liliYou will be the first point of contact for all people-related topics, while also working closely with HR colleagues, from other markets, in shaping and delivering our HR strategic direction and plans in a consistent and integrated way. /lilibOther responsibilities : /b /liliEffectively manage employee relations in a timely and sensitive manner. /liliOffer guidance to managers and employees regarding complaints and take part in termination processes. /liliEnsure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor law and government requirements, working together with our tax and labor law agency. /liliPartner with our learning development team to build and deliver top-class organization and leadership development programs that meet the needs of the business. /liliGuide leaders in Sector Alarm Italy in areas of talent management, reward and compensation, performance management, organizational design, and employee engagement to enable the development of a culture consistent with our core values. /liliProvide HR administration support in the delivery of health and safety, employment contracts, absence management, time tracking, probation, and HR processes. /li /ulh3Profile Experience /h3ulliYou have at least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HRBP /liliYou are comfortable maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders /liliAdvanced English level /liliA specific training in HR is desirable /liliDesirable experience in a Service Provider Company and / or an HR consultancy /liliDesirable experience working in an international environment /liliA dynamic and curious person /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliA full-time long-term contract /liliA positive and collaborative culture, driven by ambitious people /liliPersonal and professional development through our Sector Way Academy. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
