We are currently looking for a Site Facility Manager Coordinator to join Thales Alenia Space Italia, based in Rome. His/her responsibility will cover the TAS site of Rome and L’Aquila.
The Site Facility manager:
Ensures the availability of packaged services and a coherent set of infrastructure maintenance and services for the buildings and related facilities.
ensures compliance with regulations, health, safety and environmental standards, internal regulations and procedures;
prepares the yearly budget taking into account the business needs, risks mitigation, obsolescence of facilities (buildings and equipment)
Oversees the sites energy consumptions and waste management, proposing and implementing the best solutions to control and reduce them.
Responsibilities:
Operational coordination of the facility management of Rome and L’Aquila sites facilities
Management of his/her own resources and skills
Management of infrastructure works in compliance with current legislation
Moreover the Site Coordinator Facility Manager is responsible for: Ensuring the facilities management in accordance with TASI guidelines and coordination
Guaranteeing the performance of the Rome and L’Aquila sites in HSE, Management and Costs, in compliance with the correct application of the laws
Ensuring the sites competitiveness and running cost
Ensuring cohesion of the sites team to achieve performance
Managing Capex and in his/her perimeter ensuring timely and effective deployment of investments identified.
Key Acitivities
Manage all the sites facilities activities realted to facility management
Ensure that objectives in his perimeter related to safety, environment, energy and costs are met
Preparation of the requests (technical and economical) for the works needed on the site, according to budget
Manage his/her team and ensure the safety of people
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in terms of building and infrastructure maintenance and services
Manage the works of his/her perimeter in compliance to the applicable laws and rules
Contribute in his perimeter for the budget definition
Manage maintenance and facility suppliers / sub-contractors within scope
Escalate any risk that could impact objectives achievement
Manage and monitor facilities SLA (service level agreements) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor ́s Degree in Engineering or Architecture
Experience : 10 years or more in similar position
Specific Knowledge : Project controlling or finance in facilities management
Business Understanding : Complex multi-unit industrial projects, Space business
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Power Point)
Energy management and ISO certifications are a plus
Presentation skills
Fluent in English, French would be a plus

Ability to work independently and to assume a lead role within specific areas of responsibility
Teamwork, positive flexible attitude and ability to deal with people
Communication skills included public speaking in Italian and in English
