We're seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who thrives on both leadership and hands-on work, someone ready to lead by example while ensuring every corner of our hotel reflects the highest standards.
What you'll do:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 dedicated housekeeping professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Take ownership of scheduling, orders, and organizational duties to keep the department running seamlessly.
Maintain an impeccable eye for cleanliness and detail across all guest rooms, suites, and public spaces.
Be fully present on the floor, supporting your team in daily cleaning tasks when needed—no task is "beneath" you.
Collaborate closely with management to uphold and enhance the Vocabolo Moscatelli standard of excellence.
Identify process improvements, anticipate needs, and take initiative to solve challenges proactively.
Who you are:
Experienced in housekeeping supervision within luxury boutique hotels or high-end hospitality environments.
A natural leader who inspires through action, not just instruction.
Organized, dependable, and capable of juggling operational and administrative tasks simultaneously.
Obsessed with detail, cleanliness, and presentation—nothing escapes your notice.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Positive, approachable, and a team player who can motivate and mentor others.
You have a can-do attitude and don't mind covering shifts on weekends.
You are a EU Citizen or have a valid work permit for Italy/European Union

Vocabolo Moscatelli is a seasonal hotel. We reopen our doors on 1st April **** and will close again on 1st December ****. The position we are hiring for will be based on a seasonal contract from the end of March **** to the beginning of December ****.
