It supports end‐to‐end business workflows across sales, design, production, supply chain, and logistics, ensuring data and process consistency from order intake to delivery. The position also involves managing product catalogues and production rules, supporting planning and inventory processes, and providing technical‐functional support and user training on Cyncly software and industry design tools.Main responsibilities:Process Analysis and Functional Consulting
Analyze business processes of manufacturing companies in the furniture sector (kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry).Map operational and information flows between departments: sales, technical office, purchasing, production, logistics, and warehouse.Support clients in defining functional requirements and standardizing processes.Ensure proper integration between production, supply chain, procurement, and services.
Configuration and Management of the Production ERP System
Configure the ERP system structure, including security, roles, and permissions.Configure workflows, statuses, checkpoints, and process rules.Manage customization tools (custom attributes, dynamic forms, lookup matrices, criteria, and conditions).Configure interfaces, forms, dashboards, and reports.Monitor the system and manage troubleshooting activities.
User Training and Support
Provide functional support to end users.Deliver training on the use of the ERP system and related software.Support go-live and post go-live activities.Stay continuously up to date on Cyncly software developments and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma, technical diploma, or university degree (Bachelor's or Master's)Solid understanding of core production ERP system principlesStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team, with strong listening and communication skillsHigh level of motivation, commitment, and reliabilityStrong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, principles, and techniquesGood to excellent knowledge of MS SQLFamiliarity with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar reporting toolsExcellent command of Italian (written and spoken)Good to excellent command of EnglishInterest in the furniture and design industryGoal‐oriented and proactive work attitudeKnowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably within the wood or furniture manufacturing sector
