Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and build trusted relationships through a hybrid engagement model—combining face-to-face visits with digital channels—to deliver impactful, tailored solutions. Drive Strategic Territory Planning by analyzing data to identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and align with cross-functional teams to maximize territory performance. Deliver Consultative Value by listening to HCP needs and co-creating solutions that improve patient outcomes beyond product promotion. Collaborate Cross-Functionally with medical, marketing, and access teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent value delivery. Upskill & Innovate by staying ahead of industry trends through AI and digital tools, omnichannel strategies, and continuous learning opportunities. Required Qualifications
Scientific Degree (as per D.Lgs. 219/2006) English proficiency (minimum B2 level) Previous experience as ISF/Product Specialist Preferred Attributes
High learning agility and digital fluency Strong communication and analytical skills Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, hybrid environment Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on patient-centric solutions Experience in omnichannel engagement and account planning Knowledge of Dermatologic sector is a plus What’s In It For You?
