We are looking for a Fashion Designer with strong experience in streetwear to join our team and contribute to the creative direction and development of our collections.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop seasonal streetwear collections aligned with GUAPI's identityCreate detailed tech packs and oversee product developmentResearch trends, fabrics, and materials relevant to streetwear and luxury fashionCollaborate with production teams to ensure design execution and qualityContribute to creative concepts, campaigns, and product storytellingWork closely with the team on drops, collections, and new product categories
Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably within streetwear brands similar to GUAPIStrong portfolio showcasing relevant design work (urbanwear focus required)Experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fitsCreative, detail-oriented, and aligned with streetwear cultureAbility to work in a fast-paced, drop-driven environment
