Our Service teams are always trying to improve their service quality to have the best fitness experience anywhere. /ppWe are looking for an energetic bRegional Service Contracts Sales /b who has the responsibility to organize all service contract sales procedures within the country and to ensure customer satisfaction through the accuracy of the contracts proposals. /ppIn this position, you will have a crucial role in identifying opportunities for (up)selling contracts and defining new service products. /ppThe role is based at Technogym Village (Cesena) and involves international travel up to 25‑30%. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliOversight Service Contracts Sales activity within the assigned region (sales planning, sales reviews and marketing activities coordination); /liliSupport the Service Contracts Sales Specialists in the subsidiaries of the assigned region to increase the service contracts penetration through training and coaching to the field sales force; /liliSupport the KA’s sales managers in defining offerings and pricing for KA service contracts; /liliManage the customer retention activities needed on existing KA customers with service contracts; /liliAchieve orders, sales, and discounts related to service contract business in the region; /liliCollaborates on the overall service contracts sales strategy definition. /li /ulh3About You /h3pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical.
