DIGITAL PERFORMANCE AND DIRECT MARKETING SPECIALIST (f/m/d)
Your Tasks:
* Oversee the development of performance strategy and media planning.
* Take ownership of all performance-related projects extending beyond day-to-day campaign operations.
* Be responsible for all necessary technical implementations on the platform.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the team has all necessary resources for seamless operations.
* Monitor brand performance, conduct in-depth analyses, and develop ad-hoc strategies to address potential negative trends.
* Managing Google My Business Account.
* Prepare the commercial plan identifying the products to push for the weekly newsletter plan.
* Prepare and execute the SMS commercial plan and campaigns.
Your Profile:
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Strong and proven experience in performance and direct media and knowledge of tools and platforms.
* Proven management of performance marketing campaigns for ecommerce (ROI and conversion driven objective) and direct marketing (SMS, email) campaigns for both Online and Retail.
* Excellent knowledge of SEM tools and platform, Google Analytics
* Good knowledge of MS Office, Teams and Excel Well-organized, accurate and details oriented.
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
* Passionate about digital marketing.
* Exceptional communication and writing skills both Italian and English.
* BSc/BA in marketing, communications, digital management/advertising.
* Nice to have: knowledge of Attentive platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
