We are looking for an experiencedMedia Plannerto join the Marketing Team, based either in Milan or at our HQ in Breganze.
The role will be responsible for media strategy, planning and buying for some European markets, across channels.
Overview
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day requirements of communications planning, translating marketing/media objectives into a media plan and actionable steps.
Main activities and responsibilities
Based on Global Marketing guidelines and objectives, interprets communications/media strategy and translates it into media planning actions, providing recommendations to deliver against the objectives
Manage and operate all media activities, coordinating the Europe Media agency
Provide regular reports and presentations to the Global Media function and Marketing Director Europe, monitoring results and progress toward KPIs
Collaborate with the E-commerce team that manages PPC activities to pursue a customer-centric full-funnel approach and align objectives and results
Collect assets and copy in alignment with the Global Media team for main digital media campaigns
Execute operational tasks with local finance to ensure budget control, back-office procedures, and SAP ODA requests; participate in contract management
Stay up to date with media trends and technology and proactively propose new ideas

Europe Media Agency (management of digital campaigns)

Publishers/OOH contractors/digital partners
Main requirements
Minimum 3/4 years of experience in the media industry in roles of media planner in companies or a modern media agency; a degree in Marketing and Communications or Economics is preferred
Strong passion for fashion, determination to achieve objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, problem-solving ability and teamwork; passion for innovation & technology is key
Expertise in and knowledge of the digital world, media planning/buying and industry trends
Knowledge and expertise in Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok Business Manager tools; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
