Job Description
Would you like to be part of the opening team of our Mama Shelter in Como? Mama does not compromise with cleanliness and hygiene. You are the person she trusts to pamper the establishment to achieve customer satisfaction.
You are responsible for the quality of maintenance in the rooms and common areas. As the direct coordinator between the subcontracting company and Mama, you control the work, ensure the cleaning contract is properly applied, coordinate with internal and external services, manage orders for laundry and non‑consumables, and address any malfunctions, comments and customer complaints.

* Strong sense of communication: intermediary between management and the subcontracting company.
* Anticipation and organization on all subjects.
* Excellent manager: mastered cost control, figure analysis and productivity optimisation.
* Rigorous and honest: manages lost objects and actively finds their owners.
* Team‑oriented, not isolated in an office.
* Diplomatic and attentive: works hand in hand with other departments.
* Can motivate a team: morning briefing bright and effective.
* Values confidentiality: what happens at Mama stays at Mama.
