This includes establishing a 360° marketing plan overseeing trade marketing, paid media, PR influencers, events sponsorships. /ppbr/ppstrongMAIN MISSIONS /strong /ppbr/ppstrong1- 360° Marketing Plans /strong /pulliAccording to international Brand guidelines, develop a yearly marketing strategy that helps build the brand, reinforce the brand positioning, and drive traffic engagement /liliDefine a yearly marketing plan covering: PR, Media, Events, Influencers Sponsoring /liliLead and supervise the marketing team /liliManage ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities across business channels - being sell-out and profitability driven /liliDefine and respect all yearly marketing budgets /liliBe the link between the TAG Heuer HQ and the market to broadcast reporting, optimize plans, identify opportunities and push campaigns further /li /ulpbr/ppstrong2- Trade Marketing /strong /ppbr/pulliCollaborate with area managers and wholesale partners to implement co-op promotions and initiatives /liliDevelop marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging across all the pos /li /ulpbr/ppstrong3- Media strategy /strong /ppbr/pulliRespect HQ media guidelines and touchpoints repartition in elaborating the strategy /liliBrief and define annual media plan with our media agency /liliFor each campaign, clarify the objectives and thus define the budget, the targeted population, the assets and the media used (Offline: OOH, Print / Online: Social media, Digital) /liliDevelop and implement creativesolutions to increaseawareness, drive traffic to store, and convert online drive and convert more visitors /liliMonitor performance /liliOptimize content, campaigns and key learnings /li /ulpbr/ppstrong4- PR Influencers /strong /ppbr/pulliGrow the TAG Heuer’s PR share of voice /liliManage the PR Project Manager to write and distribute press releases, pitch stories to journalists, organize press conferences, and respond to media inquiries /liliIdentify, recruit, and nurture relationships with key journalists, key influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand message and reach target audiences /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrong5- Events sponsorship activations /strong /ppbr/pulliContribute to developing, producingand delivering events to support key launches or institutional events /liliCoordinate with high-end suppliersto bring premium and luxurious project, ensuring timely execution of various events /liliManage and oversee local Formula 1 Grand Prix activation, coordinating with HQ for seamless execution of marketing, logistics, and event management /liliEnsure set-up and deployment of new partnership to maximize brand awareness, brand desirability and ROI /li /ulpbr/ppstrong6- Reporting /strong /ppbr/pulliLead budget presentations to the GeneralManager / HQ when it comes to Marketing /liliUnderstand, monitor and report on the evolving competitive landscape /liliGet consumer insights to extract learnings to help defining the CRM and trade strategies /liliBe the expert of your market quantitative and qualitative monthly and quarterly brand performance report: consumer competitive knowledge, 360 activations reports, best practices, media plan /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongPROFILE REQUIRED /strong /ppbr/pulliMaster degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Development /lili8+ years’ experience in marketing, retail and/or digital /liliFluent in English /liliStrong negotiation skills Inspirational personality to drive projects /liliStrong understanding of the retail environment in fast moving industries /liliStrong planning and analytical skills /liliExperienced CRM and customer loyalty builder /liliStrong affinity for the watchmaking industry /liliEntrepreneurial / startup mindset, hands on, adaptability /liliInterpersonal and relationship-building skills, collaborative team player /liliDetail oriented while keeping bigger picture focus /liliSolution-driven, focused and organized /liliStrong verbal and written communication skills /liliCreative and passionate about new trends in lifestyle motorsport /li /ul
