Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.
What about your responsibilities?Resolve escalated L2 incidents related to Windows, Office 365, VPN, network connectivity, and business applicationsPerform device imaging, configuration, and deployment using standard tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).Support user account management (Active Directory, Azure AD)Support office IT infrastructureProvide day to day local/remote desktop supportTroubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
Location : Milano (North)Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to move to permanent)

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applicationsGood English and fluent Italian2 years of IT support experience within large corporationsUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)Communicative and supportive attitudeFamiliarity with ticketing systemFamiliarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity managementExperience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
