We are recruiting on behalf of our client – a world’s leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present in many European markets, including Portugal. Work in Lisbon, Portugal in the office. Easy online recruitment process including phone call and video interview.
Project
You will be responsible for identifying, reviewing, and resolving issues related to an e-commerce platform. When required, you will escalate more complex cases to ensure timely and effective resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
* Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.
* Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, or creators, including order and logistics inquiries.
* Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
* Escalate complex or unresolved cases according to company procedures.
Requirements
* Fluency in Italian (C2 or higher).
* At least B2 level in English; ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
What you will gain
* Standard salary: 1000€ gross.
* Paid 14 salaries per year.
* Welcome bonus: 2000€.

* Performance bonus (gross): 100€ x 11 months.
