Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty is looking for a Regulatory Intern to join our Team and reporting to the Regulatory Manager.The ideal candidate is truly passionate about Regulatory Affairs and highly motivated to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will work in an international environment, deepen your expertise in the regulatory aspects of cosmetic products, actively contribute to meetings with cross-functional teams and collaborate with external suppliers.
ResponsibilitiesOrganizing, maintaining, and uploading regulatory files in our databaseAssist the Manager in the preparation and compilation of regulatory documentsParticipate in document collection for specific product categories (accessories, GWP)Review technical documents for consistency, formatting, and regulatory alignmentProvide support across the team based on workloadStay up to date with international, national, and regional cosmetics/OTC regulations, including labelling, ingredient restrictions, and safety standards
RequirementsBachelor in scientific matters (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology) - MandatoryMaster/specialization in Regulatory Affairs or Master/specialization in Cosmetic Sciences - MandatoryFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken - MandatoryGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, OutlookStrong attention to details and quality of documents and processesWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.CuriosityStrong interpersonal skills – ability to work closely with people at all levels
