And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion. /p h3Team Overview /h3 pThe Data Center Capacity Delivery Asia-Pacific Controls Deployment and Service (DCCD APAC CDS) team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for Controls Deployment Service (CDS) Engineers to deliver and support data center building automation systems, such as Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS). CDS Engineers work to deploy and service building automation systems, to ensure the health of our data centers. As a CDS Engineer, you may oversee deployment of a new BMS or EPMS as part of a new data center build, deliver projects to upgrade an existing data center owned or leased by Amazon, or deliver projects to upgrade colocated data centers with Amazon hardware. /p pAs a CDS Engineer, you may also be required to provide local servicing expertise to our fleet or data centers in your region, and occasionally assist with global support. Benefit from direct access to industry‑leading specialists, latest training materials, and courses to propel your career. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. /li liExperience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production. /li liExperience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems. /li liExperience with power management and power monitoring systems. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure experience. /li liKnowledge of critical data center equipment. /li liKnowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams and standard operating procedures. /li liKnowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA. /li liExperience in project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure. /li liExperience in Data Center Engineering Operations, with a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure. /li liExperience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domains. /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
