Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning) to increase the forecast frequency, granularity and accuracy, and automate current manual process and activities managed in Excel.You will be supporting the collection of business requirements within the various IVG teams (Treasury, Finance, Portfolio management, Servicing, Process & Performance), design of the collection process and metrics, definition of the target solution, definition of the execution and roll-out plan.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze project & business requirements, and forecasting KPIsAnalyze and validate existing data, documentation, processes and interactions in scopeReview and design the future collection forecast process, and confirm tools/systems to be applied with clear cost-benefit, ROI and risk analysis for each proposed solution.Incorporate criteria such as business volumes, aging, payment behavior, seasonality, customer segmentation.Support preparation and mapping data collection touchpointsBring forward different solutions (e.G.
