This is a full-time, on-site position located in Forlì, where the Human Resources Generalist will support various HR functions. Qualifications
* Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
* Experience with HR Management and implementing HR Policies
* Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently on-site in a team-oriented environment
* Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
