Being part of the SC Processes, Systems, and Digitalization team within Operational Excellence and SC Transformation function, the Business Project Manager plays a crucial role in leading the Digital Transformation of Factories and Supply Chain Processes through the deployment of Digitalization roadmap in collaboration with IS Business Partners and working closely with Process Drivers and Business Experts. As Project Manager, he/she will drive cross functional teams to ensure the on-time, high-quality, and within-budget execution of IT Transformation Projects for Supply Chain. Your Mission: - Supporting in the definition of the Supply Chain Digitalization Roadmap with Business Referents and IT Business Partner, scouting innovative solutions. - Following Sidel Governance to manage the projects from their initialization up to their closure securing SC Roadmap's deployment. - Managing the execution phase of IT Transformation Projects in Supply chain, coordinating the project team in the definition of specifications and selection of the solution, following up design and development, up to solution testing, validation, and go-live. - On-time and high-quality delivery of the projects, following up on budget and savings release according to the approved Business Case. Your Profile: Qualifications and experiences: - Bachelor's degree or higher. - Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian or French is advantageous. - Lean or Six Sigma Qualifications are advantageous. - Previous experiences in highly digitalized Industrial Companies as an IT Business Analyst, Transformation Project Manager or covering a relevant role in Supply Chain. Competences and skills: - Knowledge of SAP and/or SAP 4HANA, SAP Ariba, Planning and scheduling tools could be an advantage. - Knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Supplier Management and/or Sales & Operations Planning processes.
