Job Description:
Synergie68, a Milan-based branch, is seeking a candidate for a leading insurance company in the market, to join as an Add. Reporting e Controllo di Gestione. The candidate, registered with targeted employment lists (L. 68/99), will be part of the Reporting team within the Planning and Management Control function, supporting the organizational unit manager in activities such as:
* Preparing materials for Top Management and Group Head Office to support budget approval and planning
* Monthly reporting and analysis to identify variances, attention areas, and improvements
* Preparing materials for quarterly meetings such as Clearance, Board of Directors, etc.
* Using Tagetik for creating, managing, and maintaining matrices
* Using Qlik for analysis and monthly presentation creation
* Developing reporting and analysis tools
Requirements:
Applicants must belong to the mandatory employment lists (L. 68/99) with a civil invalidity of 46% or higher. A degree in economics or finance and some experience in administrative/accounting management are required, not necessarily in the same role. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skills in teamwork, precision, and accuracy are essential.
Additional Information:
Initial contract of 1 year, leading to a permanent position. Full-time (37 hours/week). Smartworking twice a week. Insurance contract (CCNL Ania). Estimated gross annual salary €33,000-€36,000, with meal vouchers worth €7.50.
The selected candidate will be assigned to one of the company's offices based on availability and preference: Verona, Mogliano Veneto, or Rome.
