Come Invisalign Inside Sales Account Representative a supporto del mercato Italiano, riporterai direttamente all'Inside Sales Manager. Lavorerai insieme ai team di vendita sul campo per identificare, profilare, sviluppare e supportare a distanza i provider nell’ offrire i prodotti Invisalign nei loro studi e nell’abbracciare il viaggio digitale con lo scanner intraorale iTero. Le tue responsabilità principali includeranno l'uso di tutte le tue capacità commerciali e degli strumenti digitali a disposizione per sviluppare da remoto i nostri provider che utilizzano poco o che non utilizzano i nostri prodotti. In questo ruolo, dovrai - Identificare proattivamente e contattare telefonicamente provider Ortho e GP nel territorio Italiano che hanno ad oggi bassi volumi o che non utilizzano i nostri prodotti - Sviluppare un follow-up specifico facendo leva anche sullo sviluppo di una adeguata confidenza clinica del cliente - Spingere le varie iniziative commerciali e di crescita che durante l'anno vengono dedicate a questi clienti - Seguire i contatti del team di vendita sul campo, gli eventi aziendali, i webinar di marketing, le varie attività cliniche - Sviluppare opportunità di vendita Itero - Mantenere un livello personale di conoscenza del settore, del prodotto e delle attrezzature mediche dentali e/o ortodontiche - Riportare tutta le informazioni tramite i sistemi aziendali tra cui Sales Force In questo ruolo, avrai bisogno di - Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nelle vendite telefoniche - Provenienza dal Settore Dentale(plus) - Track record di raggiungimento degli obiettivi - Capacità di navigare attraverso i gatekeepers e di identificare e influenzare i decisori - Capacità di gestione del tempo - Essere un team player - BS o BA preferito e/o esperienza equivalente - Madrelingua italiana - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese - Residenza física nella zona di Milano Join a team that is c hanging millions of lives. About this opportunity As an Invisalign Inside Account Representative supporting our core markets in Italy you will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager. You will work together with the field sales, clinical and customer teams to identify, profile and remotely develop and support dentists who wish to offer Invisalign products in their practices and embrace the digital journey with iTero intraoral scanner. In this role, you will - Proactively identify and cold call lapsed Doctors in assigned territory - Develop low providers case submissions by specific follow-up and leveraging on the Clinical and the Customer Success teams from first submission to mature level of Clinical confidence - Provide outgoing calls to push commercial promotions during the year - Follow up on leads from field sales team, company events, marketing webinars, website, contact forms, etc. - Travel to field (Italy/Europe) 2 to 4 times per year for regional sales meetings, company events, etc. - Learn and maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and/or Orthodontia medical equipment - Provide all appropriate documentation and reporting via Sales Force In this role, you’ll need - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including inside/telephone sales - Track record of on-target achievement - Natural ability to navigate through gatekeepers and identify and influence decision makers - Time management skills - To be a team player - BS or BA preferred and/or equivalent experience - Native language in Italian - Professional English skills for workplace is desired - Physical residence in area of Milan Sound like a good fit?
