WHAT WE OFFER? - The opportunity to gain and develop knowledge of HR processesin Industrial Relationswithin a multinational environment, contributing to and supporting business success. - You will contribute by collaborating in the digitalizationof processes. - You will have the opportunity to develop relationship managementand problemsolvingskills. - You will be involved in processes related to resolving issues in labor law. - 6 month full-time internship, with expense reimbursement of € 800 gross and ticket restaurantof € 8.00 (€ 7.00 in smart - working)Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Milan Lambrate and Segrate stations). WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF? You will support the team with the aim of achieving assigned departmental targets, in line with the global and local strategy, business objectives, and the Group’s guidelines and policies. In particular, you will be involved in the following activities: - disciplinary procedures, - preparation and handling of labor litigation cases, - ensuring compliance with case law and regulations relating to various aspects of employment and quasi-subordinate work relationships, - collaboration with external vendors to resolve any issues related to employment relationships and industrial relations (labor consultants, law firms, etc.), - mapping of current tools and participation in the design of the digital architecture, - management of internal and vendor compliance, - cost impact assessment. YOUR PROFILE With a strong interest in deepening knowledge of labor law topics, along with a predisposition for relationship management, accuracy, confidentiality, and a digital mindset.- Experience and skills_ - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree. A degree in Law, Political Science, or similar fields will be considered a plus. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel and PowerPoint).
