About the role: The focus of the Business Development Representative will be strategic planning with the Growth Director and CEO of TEC, sales management and prospecting for new clients to help grow the organization.
Core Requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience in Business Development roles;
- Strong businessnetwork in ITALY Region;
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a mid/large sized organization;
- At least 4 years’ experience in software development companies with responsibility to promote and sell various digital services and products
Responsibilities
- Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients, emails or networking to help grow the organization;
- Identifying opportunities for the organization’s products and services;
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts;
- Supporting the sales team on various sales specific documentations and presentations;
- Keeping up withthe latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors;
- Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs;
- Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team;
- Preparing status reports on goals and leads on weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
The Business Development Representative will report to the Head of Client Growth.
