Etex are seeking a Production Manager to join the Operations team of Etex Building Performance Italy, based in Corfinio Plant (AQ).

As a teammate of EBP Italy, you’ll be responsible for the production area covering occupational safety, environmental protection, health protection, cleanliness, production volumes, production costs, target fulfilment, employee leadership, staff placement and personnel development.
You’ll lead and coordinate the deployment of the employees with the goal of continuously optimizing production at the lowest possible cost and will be responsible for safeguarding the continuous production process. The position entails decision making and requires cross‑functional collaboration with other departments.
What You'll Do
* Responsible for general supervision for all production‑related processes and tasks on a daily basis
* Optimization of line production capacity and production costs
* Achieving the requested output within the planned operational budget
* Responsible for ensuring product quality by adhering to the Quality Policy and following processes and procedures that make up the supporting quality system, and actively participating in continuous improvement activities to meet quality standards, regulations and compliance requirements
* Analyze in‑depth structural problems and translate conclusions into methods and procedures
* Participation in planning production budgets
* Strive for a balance between the development of the organization and the development of the employees
* Ensure the performance of employees continuously improves (performance, management, conflict management, change management)
* Conduct all necessary and timely communications with the team, including regular feedback sessions as part of a performance management process
* Actively contribute to a safe and healthy workplace environment by adhering to established health and safety protocols, reporting potential hazards promptly, and participating in training programs as required
* Be part of the local plant management team to actively drive cross‑departmental communication and work together to drive the productivity of the plant
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Engineering
* At least 5 years of experience in an industry where lean has been implemented in a production management role
* Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Strong leadership and delegation skills
* Methodical, objective & efficient, keeps to agreed timeframes, acts with integrity & respects others, inspires enthusiasm
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with others
* Very good analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Strong in decision‑making
