PpDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pAntal International is a Multinational Headhunting Company with more than 140 offices in 40 countries. /p pLife Science is a Team specialized in profiles with a Scientific and Engineering background in Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, SCM, Research and Development, Medical, Quality and Technical-Commercial in Pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotech, Chemical, Cosmetic, Medical, Diagnostic, Plastic Rubber, Food sectors. /p h3THE COMPANY /h3 pMultinational Pharmaceutical Company /p h3Production Manager Pharma /h3 h3THE ROLE /h3 ul liPlan production schedule in collaboration with other company functions; /li liMonitor raw materials inventories to ensure production continuity and optimize costs and storage levels; /li liAct as the key driver for the adoption of new operational methodologies, promoting a Lean culture across all organizational levels (Tier Accountability, Gemba Walks, and Structured Problem Solving), effectively managing resistance to change; /li liMaintain a strong presence in the department, acting as a visible, approachable, and authoritative reference for Department Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Operators; /li liBuild a collaborative and cohesive work environment, actively contributing to a positive company climate and team motivation, while managing direct and indirect resources; /li liCoordinate departments with heterogeneous technologies: /li liSterile: Ensure process sterility (Aseptic processing, sterilizing filtration, filling in classified environments, terminal sterilization); /li liSemi-solids (Gels) and Solid Oral Forms: Supervise granulation, mixing, compression, and bulk preparation processes. /li liEnsure the efficiency of primary and secondary packaging lines, by reducing changeover times and optimizing material flow; /li liMonitor compliance with customer delivery schedules through coordination with management and customer service; /li liEnsure continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System performance for the protection of Workers’ Health and Safety and of the Environment; /li liEnsure that production facilities are used safely and in an environmentally responsible manner, and that all employees are trained according to current safety regulations; /li liCoordinate with Maintenance to ensure plant availability, planning technical downtime and preventive interventions without impacting service levels; /li liPersonal growth and accountability within the working team by analysing behaviours and attitudes inconsistent with assigned roles, with the aim of achieving company objectives and promoting corporate culture. /li liPromote a “zero" safety culture (i.e. zero injury), ensuring compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and environmental regulations, and guaranteeing that all personnel are properly trained and aware of operational risks; /li liElaborate the production budget (fixed costs, variable costs, headcount), monitoring monthly performance, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions to restore efficiency. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree: Engineering (Chemical, Management, Mechanical) or scientific disciplines (Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology); /li liAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years in Pharma within structured Pharmaceutical/Consumer Healthcare companies), or with transversal professional path covering roles of increasing responsibility related to production/production process management/operational excellence. Proven experience in Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare manufacturing contexts is mandatory; /li liAdvanced knowledge of sterile and/or non-sterile production techniques; /li liAdvanced knowledge of GMP (sterile and non-sterile) and HSE regulations; /li liAdvanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (i.e. Problem Solving, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SMED).
