We are currently seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN.
Your role will include:
* Initial site setup and establishment (supported by HSE site engineers)
* Coordinate with project manager, construction manager, and site engineers to ensure integrated project delivery
* Supervise subcontractors' schedules and works
* Report deviations from the scope of work by subcontractors to the project manager
* Assist with project budgets for mechanical works, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and services
* Provide technical support onsite
What you bring to the role:
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MSc is an advantage
* 2-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in renewable energy
* Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and civil construction drawings
* Fluency in English and Italian
* Knowledge of AUTOCAD
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
