Accountabilities
* Own the UX product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer insights.
* Champion user advocacy by leveraging research and analytics to shape product decisions.
* Translate strategy into action with clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Lead cross-functional alignment with teams such as architecture, engineering, and marketing.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Marketing, or Business Administration.
* 7+ years of experience in product-related roles, especially in UX.
* Strong understanding of cross-team product development process.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Ability to solve complex problems and clarify product direction from ambiguous requirements.
