Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel, in the stunning Costa Smeralda, is seeking a talented Guest Relation Senior to join our team for the 2026 season.
You will be a key ambassador of the Belmond experience, dedicated to delivering personalised, luxury services to our most discerning guests. You will demonstrate care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, while leading by example and supporting the development of junior team members. You are passionate about service excellence and eager to grow professionally in a luxury environment.
Working closely with our guests throughout their stay, you will anticipate their needs, uncover their preferences, and create highly tailored experiences that enhance their journey and strengthen loyalty.
Responsabilities:
* Provide an exceptional, personalised experience for VIP and repeat guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
* Support and mentor the Guest Relation team, ensuring consistent service standards and development of staff.
* Manage complex guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service and the highest level of guest satisfaction.
* Maintain detailed guest profiles and insights to personalise interactions, enhance loyalty, and foster long-term relationships.
* Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high-end resorts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong emotional intelligence.
* Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
* Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
* Passion for service excellence and luxury hospitality.
