Responsibilities
* Analyze tender documents and collaborate with departments to retrieve necessary documents.
* Prepare administrative documentation for public procurement bids using Datagon.
* Develop economic proposals in coordination with the Business Unit using Vendavo and Datagon.
* Manage forms for tender samples and archive managed practices.
* Utilize public administration portals for uploading/sending tender documentation.
Must Haves
* At least 1 year of experience in public procurement or medical devices.
* Degree in Law or with a legal background.
* Native Italian speaker with good English skills.
* Strong teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in major computer tools.
Nice to Haves
Degree in Law or legal background (preferred).
