We are looking for brilliant students with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Compliance & Risk Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters. The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in: - Study on New Business/Project in order to prevent legal and reputational matters and in alignment with VW Group regulations; - Possibility of a thesis project with focus on research that can ensure the integrity of our worldwide Business Partners with which the company will be able to develop new projects; - In particular the checks through internal tools or free sources will be focused on: licensees, active and passive marketing sponsorship, sales consultant and agents, e-sports agency, influencers, content creator, donations recipients, charitable sponsoring, drivers and motorsport Teams and start up organization structure In order to meet these targets, you will need: - Fluent English, Italian and German will be a plus - Enrolled in a Master's degree in Law/Criminal Law (i.e. expert in anticorruption worldwide regulations) - Analytical Skills - Time sensitivity - Good communication skills - Proactivity in balancing objective legal or reputational risks with business needs Availability from November 2024.
