TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for Software and System Engineers to join its teams dedicated to the development of embedded systems in the Defence sector. The selected candidates will be involved in technically advanced projects focused on software development, system integration, and validation of complex real-time systems.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain C and C++ software for embedded systems;
Design and implement real-time, multitasking, and multiprocessing architectures;
Develop and validate image and video processing algorithms;
Work with Qt Framework, Qt Creator, and TI Code Composer;
Perform functional testing and Verification & Validation (V&V) activities;
Prepare and manage technical documentation related to the software lifecycle;
Design testbeds and develop automated test scripts;
Execute electrical and electronic measurements and debugging activities;
Use tools such as MATLAB & Simulink, DOORS, and Rhapsody for modeling and requirements management.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields;
Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming (preferably with experience in real-time embedded projects);
Familiarity with Python for scripting and test automation;
Good knowledge of Linux (preferably RedHat) and Windows operating systems;
Basic understanding of control systems, robotics, and mechatronics;
Experience with modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
