PLocation: Chiusi della Verna /p h3Employment Details /h3 pStatus: Full-Time Salary /p pFunction: Environmental, Health Safety /p pHiring Manager: Alessio Sgrevi /p pRecruiter: Helen Green /p h3Internal Candidate Eligibility Criteria /h3 ol liIs a Lincoln Electric employee with at least 1 year of service /li liIs NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) /li /ol h3Job Responsibilities /h3 pAs a Specialist for Environment, Health, Safety, and ASPP at the Corsalone (AR) site, you will handle daily EHS activities, maintaining continuous contact with the external RSPP and various departments, identifying problematic areas within the organization regarding EHS. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liRegister and promote behavior-based safety visits (BBS program) and monitor workers for safety aspects; /li liUpdate Risk Assessment Documents and DUVRI in collaboration with the RSPP, and support Supervisors and Managers on safety matters; /li liEnsure maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications through audits and compliance checks; /li liInform workers about job-related risks and necessary safety measures, including PPE management; /li liParticipate in health and safety consultation updates and innovation; /li liCollaborate on updating procedures and documentation, managing schedules and archives; /li liManage mandatory training, monitor deadlines, and propose additional internal training when needed; /li liWork with the Plant Manager and RSPP on analysis of energy consumption, waste, and water treatment systems; /li liCollaborate with the international EHS department. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Prevention Techniques, or related fields; /li liKnowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 systems; /li liAt least 4 years of experience in managing and implementing EHS systems; /li liAnalytical approach for statistical data processing; /li liKnowledge of EHS regulations; /li liEnglish proficiency at B2 level; /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills; /li liStrong problem-solving abilities; /li liExperience in process management with attention to detail. /li /ul pLincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
