The role supports and promotes the digitalization of the company’s production processes through the development of targeted TULIP Apps to support the relevant departments, with the aim of increasing productivity and enabling digital data collection.The role identifies potential use cases together with the company’s functions and prepares the implementation plan in terms of timelines, resources, costs, and benefits (net benefit).Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and define, with the support of the relevant departments, the processes related to the Apps to be implementedDevelop, maintain, and publish TULIP Apps, ensuring compliance with group standardsIntegrate ERP system data into the Apps where useful, in order to minimize manual data entrySupport the implementation of group Apps developed centrally, adapting them to the local siteIntegrate the Apps with the latest functionalities progressively made available by TULIP (including AI-supported features)Participate (possibly also in person) in periodic alignment meetings with foreign colleagues and TULIP consultantsTechnical Skills and Required QualificationsEducationTechnical diploma or degree in Management Engineering / Mechanical EngineeringTechnical SkillsKnowledge of technical drawing and production processesExcellent command of Excel and ERP management software (preferably BaaN)Knowledge of SQL (queries)Ability to manage small projectsAnalytical skills, accuracy, and results-oriented mindsetLanguage SkillsMethodical approach and accuracyAutonomy and proactivityProblem-solving skillsAbility to work in a teamFlexibility and willingness to work on different projectsEffective time and priority managementInnovative mindset and willingness to growAnalytical ability to interpret data and identify improvement solutions
