STEP INTO THE ROLE
As an Account Executive at LetzFair,you'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, whilebuilding strong and lasting relationships with clients.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and qualifypotential B2B leadsin the events and MICE sectors
Leveragesales automation tools(e.G., Apollo, HubSpot) to manage outreach and track activities
Full Sales Cycle Management
Rundiscovery callsandproduct demos
Craft and pitchtailored proposals
Negotiate, close deals, andhit revenue goals
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationshipswith decision makers and stakeholders
Act as astrategic advisorwho brings real value
Ensureclient satisfactionthroughout the sales process
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with the CEO, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams torefine strategies and messaging
Providemarket feedbackand insights to improve product and sales processes
Reporting & Analysis
Track KPIs, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM
Identifyupselling or cross-selling opportunities
Representation & Networking
RepresentLetzFair at industry events, trade shows, and webinars
Promotethe brand and develop strategic relationships in the European market
WHAT MAKES A GREAT FIT
Full professional proficiency in German or Spanish, with excellent spoken and writtenEnglish, or candidates withfull professional proficiency in English
Basic Italianfor day-to-day team communication
2–4 years of proven B2B Sales experience(experience in SaaS is a plus)
Comfortablemanaging thefull sales cycle, with CRM and sales automation experience (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
Excellentnegotiation,presentation, andcommunication skills, with experience managing mid-market or enterprise clients
CuriousaboutSaaS,tech,events, andinnovation
Strongproblem-solving skills,initiative, andcritical thinking
Comfortable in afast-paced startup environmentand quick to learn new tools/processes
Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00)

COMPENSATION
Freelance collaboration
Fixed compensation range: €35.000 - €50.000 + VAT (if applicable) /year
On Target Earnings: €15.000 - €33.000/year
Over-performance percentage: 8% -10% on sales exceeding the revenue target
Contract
Fixed-term 6 months with subsequent permanent contract, or permanent contract with 3-month probation
Annual gross salary (RAL) range: €25.000 - €38.000 + €2.000 Fringe Benefits
On Target Earnings: €10.000 - €23.000
Over-performance percentage: 6% - 8% on sales exceeding the revenue target
