H3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ol liManage export shipments (groupage with showcases, customer collection, forwarders). /li liOrganize retrofit shipments with customer services and facilities. /li liRequest notices of dispute from carriers and enter freight dispute orders if necessary. /li liAnalyze carriers' price offers to best meet the needs of domestic and export customers. /li liHandle invoicing processes and instruct the customs broker for export formalities. /li liArrange truck loading (transport, excluding courier services). /li liComplete export documents (customs documents). /li liPrepare delivery notes for internal customers (special booklet). /li liComplete import documents and manage import operations. /li liProvide instructions to customs brokers (check customs documents and supply correct information for import formalities). /li liHandle customer complaints regarding quality and quantity, and communicate corrective actions to internal teams. /li liMeet customer deadlines for express, gold, and special transports. /li liCoordinate with various back offices and work in synergy across different countries and cultures. /li /ol pPosition reports to the Logistics Coordinator, based in Casale Monferrato. /p pExperience: 1-3 years. /p pStudies: High School/Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Economics. /p h3What’s next? /h3 pA team of expert recruiters will review your application.
