PpIntertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for a QC Inspector/Inspection Coordinator to be based at the supplier's site in Massa area. The inspector will be side by side with Lead Inspector/Expediter to oversee, manage, and coordinate QC Inspection Activities/Expediting Activities relevant to the Turbo‑Compressor Trains and Auxiliaries for the projects. The ideal candidate should have a good background for rotating equipment Projects, experience in projects coordination, good knowledge of typical applicable documents and expediting experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform inspection activities at EPC premises and EPC sub‑vendor's premises /li liSupport Lead Inspector to plan, coordinate, and provide instructions/documentation to local inspectors on the basis of applicable Notification for Inspections /li liLiaise daily with the vendor's quality team and internal stakeholders to address findings, agree on actions, and monitor their closure /li liSupport Lead Inspector to maintain accurate records (punch‑lists, reports registers, shared folder data), issue reports, and review local inspector's reports /li liEnsure compliance with Project QC requirements and US regulations, NFPA, ASME, and other relevant codes and standards /li liProactively identify quality risks and work collaboratively to implement preventive measures /li liParticipate in internal and external quality meetings and provide technical input as required /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pMinimum 7 years of experience in inspection and Projects follow-up (preferably turbo‑compressor trains). /p ul liKnowledge of US codes and standards (e.g., "ASME, NFPA, AWS"), scope application, and ability to consult them /li liFluent in English (spoken and written); Italian language is a plus /li liAvailability to attend activities and meetings at EPC facilities (Tuscany area) but also at sub‑vendors (Italy and abroad) /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field /li liNDT Qualifications and Welding Inspector Qualification are a plus /li liFamiliarity with mechanical and EI (preferred) scopes is desirable /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
