The selected professional will play a key role in ensuring the continuity and accuracy of accounting operations while maintaining high-quality service for our clients. /p pIn this strategic role, you will provide leadership and supervision to the accounting team, supporting operations and clients with expert judgment and solid accounting expertise. You will be a trusted advisor for the team, offering solutions in complex management-level situations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liContract Management: ul liManage lease contracts and branch rental agreements across the client portfolio (Retail, Offices, Logistics). /li liEnsure tenant compliance with lease terms, building regulations, and local laws. /li liMonitor contract deadlines and coordinate with the Leasing team. /li liHandle delinquency situations, debt collection, and coordinate with legal advisors as needed. /li /ul /li liAccounts Receivable Management: ul liIssue and send invoices and credit notes for rent and service charges through the client’s tax portal. /li liSupport collections and ensure timely receipt of tenant payments. /li liCoordinate with accountants for registration taxes and other statutory payments related to leases. /li /ul /li liAccounts Payable Financial Operations: ul liRecord invoices and credit notes in the internal management system. /li liManage internal approval processes and payment verification. /li liPrepare payments and related documentation. /li liContribute to budgeting and forecasting activities. /li /ul /li liReporting Client Support: ul liPrepare tenancy and arrears reports. /li liSupport Asset Managers in delivering client-required reporting. /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. /li liPrevious experience (1-3 years) in a similar role within Real Estate or Property Management. /li liLanguages: English, Italian. /li liStrong accounting fundamentals and analytical skills. /li liTeam-oriented with excellent organizational skills. /li liProficient in English and MS Office (particularly Excel). /li liKnowledge of Yardi Voyager is a plus. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pMilan, Via Turati 16/18 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
