Unlocking the full potential of life. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pWe are looking for a Tax Specialist dealing with all national and international tax related topics: Corporate tax, International tax policies and transfer pricing issues. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDraft and manage intercompany agreements; /li liTax planning and optimisation activities for all the Group entities; /li liContribution to tax opinions; /li liImplementation and support in Pillar II calculation (e.g. Safe‑Harbour analysis); /li liManage the CbCR notification for all the affiliates and prepare the respective CbCR; /li liTax compliance filings (e.g. WHT process); /li liPrepare the Master file of the Group and support in the transfer pricing area; /li liCooperation with other corporate and regional functions in the framework of international MA projects; /li liSupport tax audits and work with external consultants and auditors on various subjects. /li /ul h3Required Education /h3 pUniversity level degree in Economics or Law /p h3Required Skills and Experience /h3 ul li3 to 5 years working experience in the tax field in multinational company (preferable) or tax law consultancy firm; /li liFamiliar with the OECD and tax treaties; /li liManage different projects at the same time; /li liAnalytical skills (being able to analyse data) and precise; /li liPro‑active, problem solving and take initiative. /li /ul h3Required Languages /h3 pFluent in English. /p pAt Recordati we believe in people!
